We love to hear feedback about meetings at the Postcard Inn Beach Resort and Marina!

Here is what your fellow planners are saying about our resort and its staff:

To the Management Staff of The Postcard Inn:

Last week, our company hosted 25 visitors from around the country at the annual software training event held at the Postcard Inn.  We wanted a place that would be able to support our needs in an upscale environment.  The Holiday Isle was never on our list of possibilities because of it’s history as a party spot especially during Spring Break.  When I came to look at the facility, I was pleasantly surprised at all the effort to renovate the property.  Our search for a conference location ended.

Staff

From the first time I contacted Diane Richey, I was impressed with her positive and professional approach.  Any challenges she faced were immediately fixed with a smile and calm assurance.  She was physically on hand for most of the training or left us a contact name of someone that would respond immediately to any questions.  She is proud of her facility and it shows in all aspects of her job.

Abner was our bartender for the Welcome Reception.  Along with Jody, they were a big hit with all the attendees.  His quiet but friendly manner made our event a super kick-off for the week.  Jody was constantly checking in with me to insure all of our needs were met.  They make a great team.

Your front desk staff led by Eric handled even the most difficult of problems.  Not only did we have a few snafus but we still needed an additional room on the last day.  Even though we were afraid the hotel was booked solid, Eric and his team effortlessly assured us they could resolve the problem.  No drama and calm professionalism.

Facilities

Our attendees loved having after dinner cocktails at the Tiki bar and the Raw bar.  Lots of fun entertainment and a good group of people.  I was especially grateful to the watersports crew for delivering over 10 paddleboards and 2 kayaks to our home so that we could take a beautiful cruise down the coast.  Ping pong was a crowd pleaser and the pool provided a great opportunity for our group to enjoy the climate.  The rooms were beautifully renovated; many of our attendees sent pictures back home to showcase their space.

Food

From the lunches and break-outs catered by  the resort to Shula Burger for dinner and the Raw Bar for snacks and free-time, we ate very well!  Breakfast platters had very fresh local fruit and delicious pastries arrayed beautifully.

Overall, your facility absolutely exceeded our expectations in all areas.  We are pleasantly surprised to see the amount of effort you are putting in to change the site’s reputation.  A big thanks to all of you for a successful event!
