Rate Policies:

• Room rates from the above links are based on single/double occupancy.
• Additional adults (18 & over): Add $15 per day
• Roll-aways: Add $15 per day.

All rates subject to Florida sales tax & resort tax. (currently 12.5%)

Note: Minimum stay requirements may apply during Holidays, Weekends and Special Events. Group rates available on request. 10% discount for 7-night stay, paying rack rate.

Deposits: One night advance deposit required on All Reservations. Pre-payment is required for minimum stay period. Refunds on weekend reservations are subject to 7-day advance cancellation on. Refunds for weekday reservations require 72 hr cancellation. Cancellations made within the 7 day or 72 hour window will forfeit deposit.

Note: Advance deposit by personal check must be received 10 days after reservation request is taken, or by MC, DISCOVER, VISA or AMEX only.

Payment: Credit Cards accepted for payment MC, VISA, Discover, AMEX. Checks with proper ID accepted (subject to approval.)

$3.00 per foot per day, 25’ minimum.
